Our PROCESS
Understanding how we work
Step 1
Send your project files
We will need floor plans, elevations, and material references. We can work from pdf, Autodesk (or other compatible) dwg’s or hand drawn sketches.
Step 2
Reply in 12 hours or less
We will reply with a proposal within 12 hours. A signed approval or notice to proceed is needed for work to start.
Step 3
Downpayment
We will need a 50% downpayment. For big projects, we can work with 25%. Funds are accepted thru online payment or major credit cards via Paypal.
Step 4
Start of work
We will begin work, progress renders will be sent within 1-2 days for typical projects.
Step 5
Comments and feedback
Based on our progress renderings, we will need your comments and markups. We will edit the render until you are satisfied. Revisions are free as long as it is within the original scope of work.
Step 6
Project completion
Once you are satisfied on the project, we will request the remaining 50% final payment. After which, we will remove the watermark and the final high resolution image will be sent to you via email.
